Companies wanting to redomesticate a captive insurance company to the State of Delaware will need to file the following documentation with the Captive Bureau:

• Captive Application for Certificate of Authority
• Strategic Business Plan
• Biographical Affidavits
• Designation for Receipt of Service of Process
• Designation to Receive Department of Insurance Documents
• Current Examination Report
• Year-end Financial Statement and Any Current Quarterly Statements
• Last Audited Financial Statement
• Domiciliary Contact Person

Statement of Good Standing - Letter from domicile stating there are no open issues and the domicile has no objections to the redomestication
